In the heart of Porto lies “Oficina,” a new space that expands the options for your upcoming events. Previously used as a warehouse area for the old factory, it has now been renovated to offer a versatile and exclusive environment.
With approximately 80m² of total area, it features a private kitchen, an outdoor terrace, and the flexibility for independent use from the coworking space, with direct access to the street. These characteristics make Oficina the perfect venue for workshops and more intimate events, accommodating up to 50 people.

Different Arrangements
Meetings
Up to 18 people can gather and work comfortably. The common areas provide an ideal environment for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying meals.
Conferences
Oficina offers a multifunctional setup and is ideal for small conferences, accommodating up to 35 chairs in this layout. Additionally, it’s possible to integrate the adjacent meeting room to create an even larger space.
Outdoor Space
Ample outdoor area available for use, ideal to be used in conjunction with the Oficina.
